Introduction

We have been re-designing the tree structure of documentation pages in here, SecDevOps Documentation (https://app.clickup.com/2496230/docs/2c5q6-69975/2c5q6-319315)

Now there is own sections for City Environment, Road Environment, Internal and R&D Environment

Environments

City Environment has documentation for City Taxi System and its related documents. Road Environment has documentation for AO and it will contain also EazyTMS documentation. Internal has documentation for all internal and other usefull DevOps documentation. R&D Environment contain basically Tailorframe and Palbassador stuff.

Platforms

We should plan Platfrom based sections under each segment or highlight documents with platform name in the document, like GCP or Hetzner.

Devops

Documentation that doesn't fall under environments or platforms, like application or server installation instructions, policies, reports, GCP instances used by Devops (for example devops-vpn) or access permissions and local software installation guides should be documented under here.

Examples for best practices

Documentation on Grafana migration used to be across more than 16 pages, which made searching for anything related to Grafana difficult. I moved all of these separate migration pages under a single master page with collapsible H1 / H2 / H3 headers to easily navigate through this massive monopage:
