Device + person is clear yellow material, GDPR requirements are fulfilled when individuals are linked to their devices. * Examples of yellow material: * Google Endpoint Security device and owner listing * Yellow material should not be moved out of the drive

Red

  • Red material should not be moved out of the drive
  • Preferably there should always be double authentication to red drive
  • Documents falling into red category need to be watermarked as "red documents" inside of the document.
  • "Very secret passwords" or others that fit this idea are red material
  • Architecture images are not red material.
