Metering endpoint

Taksi Helsinki uses Auth0 to handle their metering endpoint API. The API is configured with create:metering-data permissions that are granted to a machine-to-machine application with said API being authorized for the application.

The audience URL only accepts POST requests, sending it any other request should give you an Error 405: Method Not Allowed.
