Cloud SQL Query Insights permissions

Viewer permissions

If you'd like to grant Viewer permissions to Cloud SQL Query Insights, you can achieve that by giving these roles: * Cloud SQL Viewer * Quota Viewer * We only need monitoring.timeseries.list from this one * Cloud Trace User * We only need cloudtrace.traces.get to see Query plan view

Troubleshooting Query plan view gives an error:

Error getting Query Insights data
Resource projects/<gcp-project-name-here>/traces/<trace-id-here> is not found
Request ID: <request-id-here>

Solution: Enable the Cloudtrace API
