GCP Cloud Source Repositories

https://source.cloud.google.com/attracs-backups/github_attracs_attracs-linux-playbooks We use GCP Cloud Source Repositories to back up our Github repos. Currently this is broken, it is a semi-PoC from Antti.

So far we have created a new Github user: adi-devops-machineuser that we will use to complete this task.
