GCP Secret Manager

GCP's secret manager is used to manage variables used by our applications. Things like usernames, passwords, API keys etc. We also use Vault (Hashicorp) (https://app.clickup.com/2496230/docs/2c5q6-69975/2c5q6-216061) to manage our secrets.
