I fix this error with copy this file form copy gcd file from xserver/data/map/ replace in directory that need to be find. this error is happen when services = [xlocate is enabled. on old server we only use xRoute.

Changed the port here opt/ptvxserver2-stable-2-36-0/xserver-2.36.0/webapps$ sudo nano ./services/WEB-INF/web.xml 50006 → 60006 → nightly 50006 → stable
