Managevisor: Application configs

Confidential Compute with new vault: 1. Make changes to the attracs-application-configs even though we don't use it. This is to leave documentation and a place to reference our configurations if something were to happen. 2. Log in to https://hetzner-vault.aholadigital.com or https://hetzner-vault-nightly.aholadigital.com and make your changes. 3. Restart the affected applications in such an order, that possible outages are avoided!

Backends with old vault: Application configurations are stored in attracs-application-configs repository. After pushing changes, run https://github.com/Attracs/attracs-linux-playbooks/blob/master/vault_agent/vault_agent_config.yml to update configuration to backends.

If you have have added secret to configuration, make sure to have matching secret stored in vault.
