SSO

Change from attracs.net to aholadigital.com

On tuesday 9.11.2021, we will change primary Google Workspace domain for users from attracs.net to aholadigital.com

This will following impact on users: * Aholadigital.com will be the primary email address of users Workspace account * Attracs.net address will remain as email alias * SSO sites may require actions, please check below for known impacts

SSO - Clickup

Changing the primary domain doesn't affect the login. Users using attracs.net SSO will still continue to login with same way: * For clickup, enter address of (username)@attracs.net * When switching to google side, select aholadigital.com account * Login with 2FA

At this point, users should not try to switch email to aholadigital.com on clickup, as it will break down the SSO, as our subscription only supports one Google domain. https://docs.clickup.com/en/articles/2612769-google-single-sign-on

If you encounter issues with SSO, you can still login with username and password (order new password if needed).

SSO - everhour

During the domain change, we will change the email addresses on everhour as well. This will send verification email to users. After verification, users can login with Google SSO.

SSO - superset

Let me know, if you have used attracs.net google SSO account and can't login anymore. We'll change the user in db and add it in auth0 as well.

SSO - Grafana on Hetzner

New Grafana is configured only to accept aholadigital.com, for new users Admins need to go in the users menu to create new user to type his email address to input random password doesn't matter, after creating the new user need to click on login with google and to use his google account. also login with user and password is disable.

SSO - others

If you've used Google attracs.net SSO on other sites, they usually have an option to retrieve password to login or it might continue working even if the primary email has changed. If you can't get login to work, ping ~~Antti~~ Henri, Samsa, on slack.

Mobile phones

At least Android phones will require re-authentication when email is changed. After authentication, Google services should continue normally.
