If the service is not working check ptvxserver status on the service.

if the service is stopped try to start it again. if the service stop again start it with ./xserver.sh console like this you can see console. if there is problem with java you will nid to check %JAVA_HOME path re-init.

port may be in use

this is probably because we have same instance running e.g. nightly. for stable change the port.
