Changing AUTH0 user email

If there's a need to switch email for user (and keep the old account) it can be done as follows: In AUTH0: * Change email address * Change name * Resend verification In Manage nightly/stable DBs * Change manage.user.email to match new email - make sure the user_id matches the one in AUTH0
